Each wedding is so unique and special….it is one of those things where you never know what you will find at the wedding that makes it so unique! The wedding site for Johnny and Brittney was at Fort Campbell’s army base and it impressive. We would have loved to been able to wander the post and see what all it had to offer but that is also a big no-no according to the check-in gate since we had cameras AND Mother Nature had different plans ….rain and lots of it! We were able to sneak outside for about 10 minutes of rain-free time and even had the guys out there in some wind as you can see by Johnny’s expression.
Johnny is a Captain with the Army Rangers. We were so honored to be able to meet those of you at the wedding that defends our country keeping it safe for all of us and our families. We are truly blessed to live in the United States of America.
One of the things that stands out from this day is that when Brittney was getting ready for her “special moment” with Johnny she did not even look in the mirror to check out her appearance. Her only question was “Does my veil look okay?” She was just ready to see him for the first time that day in his dress blues.
