Kaelin - Class of 2012

Kaelin is a dear friend of our family, and I was honored when she asked me to take her senior shots. She is as beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. Kaelin is the catcher for the Giles County softball team and next year will be wearing the colors of red and black as a Martin Methodist Redhawk.

Senior Year is so sweet...

Keri was a sweet, but shy girl who loved being outdoors and spending the day with us. I can tell that she has a heart of gold and a smile that can light up a room. She values friendships and has big plans for herself. Keri knows that life is about the moments that take your breath away and she always takes the time to watch the sunset.

 

Being a senior is such a bittersweet moment in the life of a student. Halfway between a child and an adult. Your heart is telling you so many things and your mind is bursting in a completely different direction. I know Keri is going to do great in whatever task that her future may hold. It was such a blessing getting to capture these special memories for her.

There's no fashion like snow fashion...

In the spirit of the holiday season & since there just happened to be a "White Christmas" this year, I decided to take all my girls out to show off their new clothes in the snow. Here's Holley! She is no stranger to the blog. Her personality is strong and outgoing. She is an excellent softball player who wants to make it big one day. She has a pretty smile that drives the boys crazy..



Here's Mary, my youngest! Today is her birthday, She seems to be growing up too quickly. By this time next year she'll be in the 9th grade. She was my "quite" child, which is no suprise because with three older siblings she couldn't get a word in if she tried. But now she is becoming a beautiful young lady who is growing more and more into her own personality each day. She has grown so much in the past months, it's hard for me to grasp is all at times.




This is Leah, she is the beautiful daughter of one of my closest photographer friend and co-worker, Angie.This girl knows what she wants to get out of this world and isn't going to let anything stop her from getting it. She is so brave and full of inner beauty that I am amazed each time I see her. She has no idea how beautiful she really is.




Her other dazzling child, Anna. She has a mind of her own and isn't scared to show it. This shot reminds me of a character in a Dicken's Christmas Carol. She isn't afraid to tell you what she thinks and that will take her far. Anna doesn't have it all figured out, but she doesn't care. She is just going to take what life gives her and run with it.


And finally there's Rena! She is a close friend to my daughter, Holley. She has a heart of gold. Even those who have only been around her for a few minutes have commented on her carring style and compashionate manners. She too has been seen on my blog numerous times. She is precious and a great person to have around.



Now you can see how i couldn't resist this session with these beautiful young ladies. The are ever changing, but still staying the same.  I am so glad that God has chosen to put each one of them in my life.

Noelle Part I

She only smiles when no one is looking, it's part of her mystery. Just when you think you've got her figured out- she'll send you spiraling in a completely different direction. She's sweet and shy, but I'm sure there's a wild side too. Only she knows what she will do and sometimes that's not even guarenteed.

Don't even think about looking away... her personality and style wont let you.


She's bored with this small time town, and ready for bigger and better things. Just wait till graduation.. she's counting down the days.

 
With Noelle, there's never a dull moment. She can sing, dance, act- accomplish just about anything.  I do wonder where life will take her... I'm sure she already has it all figured out. One step at a time, One breathe at a time, one day at a time...


This is only the beginning for this shoot with Noelle. Just wait till we get together again and shoot some more. It's going to be amazing!

Ashley's Senior Session

Meet Ashley!
She is full of life and ready to take on the world with open arms. I couldn't believe how talented she was. She knew exactly how to play for my camera. With a smile like that, who couldn't love this precious girl?




She has such a vivid personality. Her senior year is going to be the best one yet. She can't wait to get the ball rolling and see what her future has in store for her.


   
She picked out the most perfect little dress. I absolutely love it.

 


Here's a little something extra that we have been working on. It's so much fun to create these new and interesting designs.

Hannah's Senior Session

Hannah is an amazing person, full of life and beauty. She's one of the Lady Falcon softball players and has the a smile that could light up a room. She has the whole world ahead of her and is trying to decide which direction to go. High school is truly one of the most memorable times in your life and this girl is making memories each and every day with her friends and family. I'm so proud of you Hannah!

 

Lincoln County has the prettiest girls! Don't let that sweet smile fool you... She's tough on the softball field!

Chelsea's Senior Session

Chelsea is getting ready for the next chapter in her life. She's about to tackle her last year as a student in high school and start something new with her life. She brought her boyfriend along for the shoot. They have been dating for a couple years now and are so in love. I hope we will get to do more shoots with them in the future as their love grows..


She glows when he's by her side...Oh what a joy to be young and in love.
