Birmingham seminar with one of the top 10 wedding photographer in the World- David Beckstead

Rachel was such a good sport. She skipped a day of studying for her first college finals to come 2 hours to Birmingham and be a model for this shoot with David Beckstead. I'm so glad she did, because one of the models cancelled at the very last possible second. It was fantastic and she was such a good sport.

Rachel in Birmingham

We went to an abandoned vauldville theatre and got really dirty with the dusty windows and floors. We managed to make our way up six or seven fleights of stairs to get some fabulous shots.

It was amazing shooting with David Beckstead. Some of our shooting techniques were very simillar. I did learn a lot and he was an excellent teacher. My husband, Bob, also enjoyed himself on this trip. He chose to stand back and try more creative techniques.

Also, Jason a model from several other shoots of mine was willing to come for a session with Brooke. We went to Steele Mill for these shots. I love the red colors. It looks so rustic.

Everyone had a wonderful time getting dirty in this very nasty but unique location.
